January is a great time to look forward, feel energised and focus on goals that both you and your team want to achieve for the year ahead. It was a fantastic start to the New Year this week with two wonderful groups joining us for training in the Kilsharvan Leadership Centre in Bellewstown, Co Meath.
Effective communication and planning for the year ahead were top of the list for both groups and after a full day of strategising, role play and in-depth discussions each group left the session feeling revitalised, confident and ready to embrace the year ahead!
